THE BOARD BOWL Curly Makore bowl from a board. This is was made by cutting concentric rings at an angle, stacking, gluing them, and then turning the bowl. All from a 8" x 8" piece flat piece of wood. If you look closely you will see the rings. |

FLAVIA'S WEAVE BOX One day I saw Tim playing with scraps of veneer that looked like a weave. He had just finished the Rose Compass Pen box, so I requested that he use the weave to make me a box. The result is this romantic piece with beautiful dedication inside. This is one of my favorites! This box was the precursor to the Fibonacci Shaker Weave box. This was made from Curly Maple and Bloodwood. |
